If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement from Cuttinglounge, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund. To process your claim, we may require photos of the damaged product.
Custom floral arrangements created specifically for your event or occasion are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However, if there is an error on our part, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, such as incorrect address, failed delivery, or delivery to the wrong recipient, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
